Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design High-Level Design Documents (HLDs), storyboards, and visual concepts
- Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats
- Develop engaging e-learning solutions with interactive elements.
- Collaborate with SMEs and international clients
- Design impactful Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT)
- Ensure alignment with global e-learning standards & best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree in relevant field
- 6 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design
- Expertise in developing ILT & WBT storyboards
- Strong understanding of e-learning development principles
- Proficiency in PPT and Canva
- Experience creating visual storyboards in PPT / Word / Excel
- Good understanding of Blooms Taxonomy
