Job Description- Instructional Designer

Location: Mumbai

CTC: up to 7 LPA

Role:

• To transform training content: Existing & New across various platforms.
• Align content with business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• To create memorable learning experiences that engage and motivate learners. Whether its through gamification, adaptive learning, or interactive scenarios.
• Write and develop content for a variety of platforms, Products & processes in the form of PPTs, Videos, Audio audiovisual capsules.

Scope of Work:

• In-depth research on industry trends, target audience, and competition to implement AI-based strategies, improving the quality of content & making it interactive for the target audience.
• Interactive Solutions like Game-Based Learning & Gamification, Simulation/Scenario-Based Learning.
• Blended learning Solutions like ILT & VILT-based training content.
• Work with the cross-functional team to identify target audiences and develop tailored content strategies.
• Brainstorm new content ideas and interactive modes to improve content engagement.
• Review and revise content submitted by them & other team members.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, and consistency in style and tone.

Skills Required:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Content creation tools such as Canva, in video, etc.
• Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills.
• Knowledge of AI-based content tools and best practices for content writing.
• Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones.
• Ability to meet deadlines and meet the pace of requirements.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
