Experience - 6-10 Years

Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify relevant, up-to-date content sources

Develop customized curriculum aligned with business and stakeholder needs

Create engaging training materials: presentations, videos, simulations, quizzes, and more

Design and deliver content across web-based, instructor-led, and virtual formats

Apply adult learning principles (including the 70:20:10 model)

LMS Management:

Develop and upload eLearning courses

Manage LMS content, user data, and reporting

Support employees with LMS queries

Collaborate with L&D and vendors to enhance system functionality

What Were Looking For:

Strong content development and storytelling skills

Excellent written and verbal communication (including narration)

Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and authoring tools

Experience with LMS platforms and animated content creation is a plus

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
