Job Description:

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 25 years of experience to design engaging e-learning content and blended learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines instructional design expertise with a passion for learner-centric innovation and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

• Conduct basic to intermediate needs analysis to align learning solutions with business and learner goals
• Design and develop interactive, application-focused training content for digital and blended formats
• Create compelling instructional materials, visuals, and assessments using modern instructional strategies
• Lead or support storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development for self-paced and instructor-led programs
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to build engaging and effective learning experiences
• Write in clear, learner-friendly language tailored to diverse audiences and roles

Collaboration & Content Creation

• Work independently or within curriculum teams to develop and test instructional materials
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into impactful training content
• Partner with senior designers and multimedia teams to conceptualize visuals, animations, and audio/video scripts
• Review peer-developed content and contribute ideas for new courses and learning programs
• Support promotional efforts by crafting course descriptions and rollout content

Tools & Technology

• Design and build digital learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
• Maintain organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including version control and asset tracking
• Contribute to the development of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials and virtual classroom assets

Qualifications & Experience

• 25 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Hands-on experience with authoring tools and multimedia platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
