Hiring: Senior Analyst Instructional Designer

We are hiring an experienced Instructional Designer to join a leading global consulting firms Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy designing impactful learning experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging digital and classroom learning solutions
• Convert ILT content into eLearning modules and support blended learning formats
• Create storyboards, assessments, and interactive learning materials
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, SMEs, and creative teams
• Ensure quality and brand compliance across learning deliverables

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Hands-on with eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
• Experience with LMS and digital learning formats (VILT, microlearning, blended learning)
• Strong stakeholder communication and project collaboration skills
