Knowledge about ID theories and models, such as ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms Taxonomy
Hands-on experience in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, WalkMe, SAP EnableNow
Should have worked on application-based content
Should have recorded and edited simulations
Create course design, storyboards, Work Instructions, Quick Reference guides
Decide instructional strategies that would fulfill the course objectives
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to get requisite information
Excellent technical, verbal and written communications skills.
Team player and a self-starter who can work independently to exploit technologies
Ability to multi-task within a team-oriented environment
Should be able to interact with the client for requirement gathering and status reporting
Manage projects for timelines, resourcing, budgeting and quality
