We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging e-learning content and blended learning experiences that drive impactful learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and align learning solutions with business objectives.
• Design and develop interactive, learner-centric content using modern instructional strategies.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and support of digital learning programs.
• Create compelling instructional materials, visuals, and assessments for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate on storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development for self-paced and blended learning environments.
• Design and deliver application-focused training content optimized for web-based platforms.
• Participate in curriculum development , testing, and review of instructional materials.
• Provide constructive feedback on peer-developed content and contribute ideas for new courses.
• Craft engaging course descriptions and promotional content for course rollouts.
• Develop customized e-learning solutions tailored to various subjects and industry needs.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze learner objectives and create impactful training content.
• Apply proven instructional design models to develop innovative digital learning resources.
• Write in learner-friendly, audience-specific styles to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior team members to conceptualize visuals, animations, and multimedia assets .
• Produce professional-quality scripts for audio and video components .
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project life cycle, including asset organization and revision tracking.
• Design and build Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and digital learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia , and similar platforms.
