Key Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in liaising with multiple stakeholders within and outside the team to scale and drive adoption towards training programs.
The person would need to understand and identify the target learner profile, work on diverse data bases, develop content to meet learner needs and finally drive training specific initiatives to create awareness and drive maximum adoption with Labeling, Moderation & Relevance teams on Ad Policy.
In addition, the person would need to create robust mechanisms to solicit feedback for every program and subsequently work with relevant stakeholders to drive incremental value in education programs through the findings.
Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and learning outcomes.
• Pursue a deep understanding of learner roles to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of learners.
• Maintain knowledge of new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies.
• Adapt, update, and review content based on audience.
• Host content in LMS and Content Management systems
• Ensure KPI's are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors / processes that could impact on data integrity
• Create, organize, administer, maintain and manage product training curricula
• Ensure content version control
• Should be able to use ID Tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Storyline / Articulate to build content
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
