We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Senior Associate Instructional Designer to support the development of high-quality digital learning experiences. The role involves applying instructional design principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the creation of engaging, scalable, and learner-centric training solutions. You will work closely with SMEs, designers, and project teams to deliver effective learning content across formats.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

• Design and develop digital and blended learning modules aligned with business goals and learner needs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify performance gaps to recommend suitable learning interventions.
• Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles to ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Create storyboards, content structures, and scripts for eLearning, microlearning, and ILT/VILT formats.
• Support multimedia integration by coordinating with visual designers and media teams.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning content.
• Participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Support project teams in planning, timelines, and documentation for learning deliverables.
• Contribute to learner engagement initiatives during course rollout and adoption.

Tools, Technology & Innovation

• Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and asset libraries for all learning projects.
• Assist in creating ILT/VILT materials and explore modern learning technologies to enhance learner experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• 26 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or eLearning development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
