Instructional Design Specialist

What Youll Do

• Develop e-learning courses, manuals, and multimedia content using instructional design best practices.
• Partner with subject matter experts to design effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure all materials align with adult learning principles and business goals.
• Upload and manage content within the LMS; track learner progress and run completion reports.
• Update and enhance training materials as processes evolve.
• Support the training team with creative, interactive design solutions.

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 24 years of medical billing and claims resolution experience preferred.
• AAHAM and/or HFMA certification a plus.
• Experience collaborating with global teams is helpful.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong grasp of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent writing, design, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to quickly learn billing software (within 4 weeks).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database tools.
