Instructional Design Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Instructional Design Manager leads and mentors a team of instructional designers while driving the strategic vision for innovative, high-quality eLearning solutions across the organization.
• This role requires a blend of strong leadership capabilities and hands-on instructional design expertise to oversee end-to-end learning projects from concept through delivery.
• The manager conducts comprehensive learning needs analyses, translates business objectives into measurable learning outcomes, and establishes instructional design standards and quality assurance frameworks that ensure pedagogical excellence and accessibility compliance.
• As a strategic partner to senior leadership and stakeholders, the manager oversees multiple concurrent projects, facilitates design reviews, and provides expert guidance on complex instructional challenges.
• Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and professional growth opportunities, maintaining hands-on involvement in high-priority design work, and fostering a culture of innovation by monitoring emerging trends and recommending cutting-edge tools and methodologies

Skillset Required

Authoring tools, LMS , Instructional Design Models , Learning Design Principles, Assessment Design Principles, Stakeholder management , Mentoring and Coaching

Minimum Qualification

Masters Degree in any subject area preferred English/ Communication/Education/ Instructional Design

Min-Max Relevant Experience

• 10 years to 15 years
