Instruction Designer (Learning Content & Creative Communication)

Position Overview

This role presents an opportunity for a strategically minded and creatively driven Instruction Designer to conceptualize and develop high-impact learning and communication content that transforms complex information into engaging, structured experiences.

This is a specialized writing-focused role requiring strong command over language, clarity of thought, instructional architecture skills, and the ability to collaborate with creative production, and client teams to deliver content that is both visually compelling and cognitively effective.

The ideal candidate understands how adults learn, how attention works, and how storytelling enhances comprehension, and can translate these principles into structured written content that drives measurable learning outcomes and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structured learning experiences for training modules, corporate communication content, and brand education initiatives
• Convert raw subject matter into clear, logical, learner-focused written content frameworks
• Develop scripts, storyboards, instructional outlines, and content flows for video-based and digital learning formats
• Write structured instructional content aligned with cognitive flow and learning objectives
• Collaborate with designers, editors, animators, and subject-matter experts to ensure content clarity and consistency
• Align content structure with defined learning objectives and performance outcomes
• Create microlearning modules and modular content formats for modern consumption patterns
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks, instructional integrity, and audience engagement standards
• Maintain documentation, version control, and structured content systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Communication, Media, Instructional Design, or related discipline
• Prior experience in L&D content writing, corporate training content, e-learning, brand education, or knowledge content development
• Familiarity with e-learning standards, digital learning tools, or LMS environments
• Experience working with multimedia content pipelines (video, animation, interactive modules)
