Instruction Designer ( Intern )

Company Description

We are an EdTech Project from IIT Bombay with 26 member team and 2 online course and 1 offline course in AI for no-code people. We run weekend online class and 1 two days offline training in every 45 to 60 days. Our unity is active in course materials development and imparting training and it has turned as a culture.

We operate under Education Outreach (EO) Department of IIT Bombay .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer Intern based in Mumbai to be located in IIT Bombay campus in Powai. The intern will assist in designing and developing engaging educational content for our course. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, conducting research, collaborating with subject matter experts, to enhance learning experiences. The role also involves evaluating and improving the effectiveness of instructional content and implementing innovative strategies for course delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in instructional design principles, curriculum design, and eLearning development
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
• Familiarity with digital learning tools, multimedia integration, and technology-enhanced learning platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
• Bachelor's / Master degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, or a related field
• Experience : 6 months or Fresher
• Experience in AI-related projects or courses is an asset
