Institutional Strengthening Expert

Minimum 8 years of experience in Institutional development/Strengthening of any large Government/Public/Private organization

MBA in Human Resources Management or equivalent from any recognized University.

Well versed with modern equipment and methods of training and mass communication; and

hands-on experience with conduct of training and capacity building activities with a reputed training institute.

Support PMU in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all training and capacity building activities (for both staff and farmers) of the project; and coordinate with other PMTC staff to develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for furtherance of project ideas at all levels (from village to international level).
