Objective: The incumbent will be primarily responsible to manage B2B sales for our Institutional Business for the assigned territory.

Reporting Manager: Regional Manager - Institutional Sales
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned Sales Targets thru Sales to Corporates. The person should be able to meet the Marketing/ Sales/ HR/ Admn Heads and discuss relevant marketing promotions of the client corporate and/or employee engagement programs.
- Ensure collection of payments as per the agreed terms with the clients and as per the company policies.
- Organise displays at various corporate campuses to ensure visibility and recall of our products.
- Meet and present our Solutions to the Stake Holders of Corporate clients to generate new requirements for our Products.
- Follow up with the Commercial Team at the client corporate to process the Purchase Orders and other commercial requirements as per our standards.
- Coordinate with the internal stake holders for supply of goods as per the Client requirements.
- Maintain constant relationship with existing clients and develop new ones in order to generate new business from them.
- Identify good Corporate Selling Partners in the market who could be made business associates.
- Competition mapping in the market.
- Client database management in the assigned market area.
- Reconciliation of accounts wherever necessary with the commercial team of the clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing
