Job Description
Education Qualification:
Graduate in fisheries followed by master in agricultural extension and management.
Minimum Experience Required:
- 5 years work experience in Institutional development and capacity building
- 10 years work experience especially in the field of aquaculture and social development.
- Proficient in writing and speaking in English and Familiarity and experience in India
Job Description:
- Survey of state and central government fishery policies and development plans, current government and donor schemes and update of contents
- Assist PMU in formulating and organizing training program and exposure visit for farmers and officers
- Assist to formulate action plan for organizational capacity development of DoF HQ, District and block level
- Monitoring of aquaculture extension activities and necessary technical guidance during project implementation
- Assist PMU in any other project related assignments
