- Grade SpecificKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Instana (SaaS and On-Prem) environments, including configuration, upgrades, agent management, and troubleshooting.Work with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to onboard services into Instana for observability.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Monitoring/Observability, including 2–3 years with Instana.Expertise in Instana setup, administration, and troubleshooting (both SaaS and On-Premise).Strong experience with Linux system administrationDeep understanding of container orchestration, especially Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.Working knowledge of cloud platformsExperience with scripting languages like Shell, Python, or Ansible.
