Installation & Commissioning Engineer

Requirement Details:

• Role: Installation & Commissioning Engineer / Lead
• Total Positions: 25 (Engineer 20, Lead 5)
• Job Location: Bidadi, Bangalore
• Walk-in Drive: 7th February 2026 (Saturday) at Expleo Office all three locations ( Bangalore, Pune and MEPZ Tambaram Chennai)

• Working Days: 6 days a week; shift readiness required (Shift allowance: 350/day)

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Installation & Commissioning.
• Experience in Automotive domain with equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot automotive assembly equipment.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes and layouts for maximum efficiency.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to improve processes.
• Design and validate testing methods for products and process capabilities.
• Identify and implement changes to improve quality, reliability, or reduce costs.
• Prepare documentation for new processes or procedures.
• Review product and equipment designs for manufacturability and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.

Essential Skills:

• Worked with Automotive OEM Manufacturing Engineering Department.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment installation & commissioning.
• Experience in cycle time calculation, layout study, and layout planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost estimation, and design tools.
• Analytical skills to identify complex problems and implement solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering from Automotive industry.
• Good understanding of vehicle assembly processes and assembly equipment.
