Asia Quality Focus is a fast-growing quality control company and part of the Worms Safety group. It supports international brands and importers by securing their productions in Asia through inspections, audits and testing services.

Our teams are based close to key sourcing areas in Asia and work directly in factories to ensure product quality, safety and compliance with international standards. As a member of the Worms Safety group, Asia Quality Focus benefits from a strong global network and long-term expertise in risk management and quality assurance.

• Review reports, Digest client specs and make inspection protocols.
• Assess data interpretation, calculations, assumptions, and methodologies used in the reports.
• Ensure clarity, structure, and professional presentation of report.
• Check alignment between executive summaries, conclusions, and detailed technical sections.
• Coordinate with Inspectors, to resolve review comments.
• Adhere to defined review timelines to meet reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of technical documentation and reporting standards .
• Excellent analytical and critical review skills.
• High attention to detail and strong quality orientation.
• Clear written communication and professional feedback skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document review tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reports simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Softline -Garments/Hometextile.

Experience

• 25 years of experience in technical documentation, engineering, consulting, research, or quality review roles (depending on seniority).
• Prior experience reviewing reports for clients, inspection , TIC Industry is preferred.
