Role Overview:

We are looking for a Insights Manager to join our India hub. This is a hands-on role where youll work on turning AI outputs into business insights, presentations, and ROI cases for Fortune 500 clients. Youll collaborate with your Manager and the US Partner to build executive-ready decks and ensure insights are clear, simple, and actionable.

This role is perfect for someone from analytics services firms who enjoys storytelling with data and wants to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze causal AI outputs and convert them intobusiness insights and recommendations .
• Support in buildingscenario models (e.g., reallocating marketing budgets, pricing shifts, sales channel optimization).
• CreatePowerPoint presentations and Excel models that areCxO-ready .
• Work closely with the India Manager and US Partner to deliveron-time, high-quality outputs .
• Learn to connectanalytics outputs to strategic business decisions .

What Were Looking For:

• 25 years in analytics, insights, or consulting (CPG, Retail, Auto preferred).
• Strong skills inPowerPoint storyboarding, Excel, and basic analytics interpretation .
• Exposure tomarketing mix, sales analytics, or pricing projects a big plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability tosimplify complex analytics into one-line insights .
• Comfortable working withglobal teams across time zones .
