About the Role

Blitz Academy is seeking a result-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors. The role focuses on driving admissions, improving conversions, and achieving sales targets within the education/EdTech sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate Admission Counsellors to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and improve conversion ratios
  • Oversee the complete admissions process from lead to enrollment
  • Review calls, CRM updates, and follow-up quality
  • Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams
  • Track admissions data and report performance to management


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 35 years of experience in B2C sales/academic counselling/EdTech admissions
  • Minimum 2 year of team-handling experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and target-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems
