Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales who can not only close high-value enrollments but also lead and drive a team of counsellors.

Our programs are premium finance and trading courses. This is a high-ticket sales environment where structured follow-ups, objection handling, and strong leadership are critical.

If you have experience managing a sales team and consistently delivering numbers, this role gives you the opportunity to take ownership of revenue and scale with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales / Admission Counsellors
• Monitor daily calling activity, follow-ups, and conversions
• Drive monthly revenue and enrollment targets
• Train and coach team members on objection handling and closing
• Ensure proper CRM tracking and pipeline management
• Handle high-value or critical leads personally when required
• Work closely with management on sales strategy and improvements

What Were Looking For:

• 36 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Admission Counselling
• Minimum 12 years of team handling experience
• Strong closing ability in high-ticket sales
• Target-driven and comfortable with revenue accountability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in education, finance, or skill-development industry is preferred
