What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale inside sales teams handling India and Rest of the World (ROW) markets
- Own regional and global sales portfolios with end-to-end revenue accountability
- Drive sales strategy, funnel performance, forecasting, and conversions
- Build strong processes, performance benchmarks, and execution discipline
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and placement teams to achieve outcomes
- Develop future leaders within the sales organisation
