What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale inside sales teams handling India and Rest of the World (ROW) markets
• Own regional and global sales portfolios with end-to-end revenue accountability
• Drive sales strategy, funnel performance, forecasting, and conversions
• Build strong processes, performance benchmarks, and execution discipline
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and placement teams to achieve outcomes
• Develop future leaders within the sales organisation

• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple regions
