Prorata is India's first platform enabling fractional car ownership, providing a cost-effective solution for acquiring luxury cars for leisure and lifestyle purposes. Through Prorata, customers can co-own a car by purchasing fractional ownership starting at just 8.33% of the car's total cost. This innovative model allows co-owners to enjoy 30 to 90 days of car usage annually, depending on the number of shares purchased, with seamless scheduling via a dedicated app and doorstep pickup/drop services. After five years, the vehicle is resold, and co-owners receive proceeds based on their ownership percentages. Focused on occasional and experiential needs, Prorata redefines the car ownership experience.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include proactively identifying potential customers, generating and following up on leads, presenting the benefits of the fractional car ownership model, and closing sales. The successful candidate will engage with prospective customers, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, assist in resolving inquiries, and maintain customer relationships to support business growth. Collaborative opportunities with the sales team to meet organizational goals are also an integral part of this role.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert potential customers effectively.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a high-quality experience and address client needs thoroughly.
  • Excellent Communication skills to deliver compelling pitches and maintain positive interactions with diverse customer profiles.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive, shared ownership, or technology platform industries is a plus.
