Job Description
The Sales Department at Pramyan drives revenue growth through student enrollments and course sales. We focus on converting leads into satisfied customers while ensuring an excellent sales experience.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets (demos, enrollments & revenue)
- Respond to leads within 15 minutes & manage leads effectively
- Conduct demo sessions & convert prospects into enrolled students
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective & existing customers
- Update and manage CRM records accurately
- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis & generate referrals
- Revenue target achievement
- Demo-to-enrollment conversion rate
- Lead response time (within 15 minutes)
- CRM accuracy & customer satisfaction scores
- Bachelors degree (Business/Marketing or related field)
- 03 years of sales experience (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Goal-oriented mindset & interest in counseling
- CTC: 1.5 LPA during probation up to 3.6 LPA within initial 6 months
- Attractive performance incentives
- Mode: Remote
- Week Off: Monday/Tuesday
