Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our growing Sales team. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents guiding them from initial inquiry to successful enrollment while delivering an exceptional counseling and sales experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets across demos, enrollments, and revenue
  • Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Conduct structured and engaging demo sessions that convert prospects into enrolled students
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records at all times
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Contribute to referral generation and conduct regular competitor analysis


Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated on conversion rates, revenue target achievement, lead response time, CRM accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores clear benchmarks with no ambiguity.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 03 years of sales or counseling experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Someone who treats every "no" as the beginning of a conversation


Compensation & Benefits

  • Probation (4 months): 12,00018,000 in-hand per month | Post-Probation: Up to 7 LPA based on performance
  • Attractive performance-based incentives your earnings grow as your results do
  • Fully Remote
  • Week Off: Monday or Tuesday
