Job Description

The Role: Inside Sales / Business Development (13 Years Experience)

We are looking for a hungry, high-ownership Inside Sales professional who wants to build from scratch and grow into a closing role.

This is NOT a script-reading SDR job.

If you are uncomfortable with cold outreach, this role is not for you.

You will help define:

  • Who we sell to
  • How we pitch
  • How we win
What Youll Do1. ICP & Pitch Creation
  • Work directly with founders to define:
  • Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Buyer personas (CTO, CIO, Head of Data, Product & Engineering leaders)
  • Target industries & accounts
  • Build and refine:
  • Cold email templates
  • LinkedIn outreach sequences
  • Call talk tracks & objection handling
  • Sales decks & 1-pagers
2. Outbound & Lead Generation
  • Daily outbound execution:
  • Cold emails
  • LinkedIn prospecting
  • Cold & warm calls
  • Book discovery calls for founders/senior sales
  • Qualify leads based on:
  • Pain points
  • Budget
  • Decision authority
  • Timeline
3. Pipeline & Conversations
  • Own early-stage prospect conversations
  • Gather real market feedback
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Build and nurture sales pipeline
4. Growth into Closing

As we scale, you will:

  • Lead discovery calls
  • Participate in demos
  • Close smaller deals
  • Progress into an Account Executive role
Who You AreMust-Have:
  • 13 years experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Tech Sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling & outreach
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • High ownership mindset
  • Resilient and growth-oriented
Nice-to-Have:
  • Exposure to Data / Cloud / AI
  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders
  • Startup experience
What This Role Is NOT
  • Not passive lead management
  • Not inbound-only sales
  • Not a marketing-only role

This is hands-on outbound sales with real accountability.
