Job Description
Role Purpose
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across outbound and inbound channels to consistently generate qualified leads and book meetings for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation
- Build and manage lead generation campaigns using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- Dripify / Octopus / Phantom Buster
- Email tools (Mailchimp, Instantly, etc.)
- Create prospect lists, manage sequences, and optimize outreach messaging
- Run A/B tests on messages and outreach flows
Inbound & CRM Management
- Capture, qualify, and manage leads through CRM systems
- Track lead stages, follow-ups, and meeting conversions
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
- Generate weekly and monthly lead reports
- Continuously improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
Ideal Profile
- 25 years in B2B lead generation / demand generation
- Strong hands-on experience with outreach and automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in metrics and reporting
- Ability to execute independently and consistently
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings booked per month
- Conversion rates (lead meeting)
- Cost per lead (if applicable)
- Campaign response rates
