Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive who can own the sales cycle end-to-end from lead engagement to deal closurefor our OOH, DOOH, and railway advertising solutions. This role is strictly target-driven and revenue-focused.
Key Sales ResponsibilitiesConvert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed business
Pitch advertising solutions and close deals via calls, meetings, and online demos
Understand client marketing objectives and sell suitable media packages
Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Ensure timely follow-ups until closure
Coordinate with planning and operations teams post-sale for execution

Lead-to-closure conversion ratio
Follow-up and closure timelines
Requirements25 years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Confident phone presence and presentation skills
English, Hindi mandatory;
Media, advertising, or OOH/DOOH sales experience is a strong advantage
Highly target-oriented with a hunter mindset
