Role Overview:

Magzter is looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Executive to join our B2B

Sales team. You will be at the forefront of identifying and qualifying high-potential leads across

priority sectors, primarily in India to start with. This is a strategic role focused on fueling the

sales pipeline by booking qualified discovery meetings for our senior sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential leads across Corporates, Government, Education, and

Hospitality sectors.

Maintain an accurate and updated lead pipeline in the CRM or shared tracker.

Drive outreach campaigns using a mix of email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

Schedule qualified introductory/discovery calls for senior sales representatives.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach messaging.

Track and analyze outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.


Sync regularly with the sales team to align on active leads and follow-ups.


What Were Looking For:

13 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.

A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset.


Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience in SaaS, Media, Publishing, or Digital Content industries.

Prior exposure to Government, Corporate, Education, or Hospitality sector sales.
