Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with 34 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with experience in cloud services & software development and GenAI sales & services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client technical requirements, and a proven track record in lead conversion and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their cloud and technical requirements.
• Promote and sell cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), managed services, DevOps, and other IT offerings.
• Coordinate with the technical team to design appropriate solution proposals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 34 years of experience in inside sales, IT sales, or cloud sales.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Basic technical knowledge of infrastructure, DevOps, networking, or SaaS solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling cloud migration, cloud consulting, or managed IT services.
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
