We are looking for a compassionate, client-centric Telemarketing/Inside Sales Executive who can proactively engage diverse clients, understand their journey, and convert leads into session bookings.


Responsibilities:

1.Lead Response & Qualification

  • Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
  • Respond within defined SLAs with empathy and clarity
  • Understand user concerns and identify the appropriate service

2.Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Conduct follow-up calls/messages as per CRM workflows
  • Re-engage inactive or undecided leads
  • Share accurate information about services, pricing, and next steps

3.Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule sessions with required stakeholders
  • Confirm appointments and share reminders
  • Coordinate internally for urgent or sensitive cases

4.CRM Documentation

  • Update lead status, notes, and communication logs accurately
  • Tag leads correctly based on service type and urgency
  • Flag high-intent or complex cases to the CRM Lead


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a closely related domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Ability to understand and adhere to call scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
  • Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
