We are looking for a compassionate, client-centric Telemarketing/Inside Sales Executive who can proactively engage diverse clients, understand their journey, and convert leads into session bookings.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead Response & Qualification
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Respond within defined SLAs with empathy and clarity
- Understand user concerns and identify the appropriate service
2.Engagement & Follow-ups
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages as per CRM workflows
- Re-engage inactive or undecided leads
- Share accurate information about services, pricing, and next steps
3.Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule sessions with required stakeholders
- Confirm appointments and share reminders
- Coordinate internally for urgent or sensitive cases
4.CRM Documentation
- Update lead status, notes, and communication logs accurately
- Tag leads correctly based on service type and urgency
- Flag high-intent or complex cases to the CRM Lead
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a closely related domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Ability to understand and adhere to call scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
