Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves generating leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, assisting clients with product inquiries, and driving sales. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and approach potential clients effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in Sales operations, including negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting is a plus
  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
