Job Description

Envertiz Consultancy is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Inside Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or international BPO sales, along with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Identify customer needs, address objections, and deliver accurate product information.
• Update and maintain call logs, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
• Work closely with the team to refine scripts and enhance conversion ratios.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English (international accent preferred).
• Prior experience in BPO Voice Process, Telecalling, Telemarketing, or similar roles.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while achieving consistent results.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
