Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective clients to understand their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. The Inside Sales Specialist will build strong client relationships, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall sales growth. The individual will collaborate with the team to meet targets and contribute to the organization's success in supporting educational institutions.

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Basic understanding of the education sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
