About the Role
DSRC is expanding its international sales team and is looking for a hunter minded Inside Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting, opening new conversations, and building qualified pipeline. This role is focused on new business acquisition across international markets and is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured outreach, discovery-driven conversations, and measurable performance outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Proactively hunt for new business aligned to defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Build pipeline from scratch using outbound channels: email, LinkedIn, calls, and follow-ups
- Research target accounts and stakeholders to enable relevant, value-led outreach
- Initiate and lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering)
- Qualify opportunities based on business need, technology landscape, and engagement fit
- Position DSRCs IT consulting and custom application development capabilities confidently
- Own early-stage sales activity end-to-end, from first contact through qualified opportunity handover
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in HubSpot CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed defined outreach, discovery, and pipeline targets
What Were Looking For
- 15 years of B2B inside sales or business development experience in IT services or technology consulting
- Strong outbound DNA with proven experience in cold outreach and multi-touch prospecting
- Confidence engaging and qualifying senior customer stakeholders
- Structured approach to discovery, qualification, and follow-up
- Experience working with international markets (US, Canada, UK, or Europe preferred)
- Comfortable with CRM-driven sales execution and performance metrics
- High ownership, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and delivery teams
