Designation : Senior Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CEO, CFO, and senior finance stakeholders at enterprise-level customers.
- Drive new B2B customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, qualification, and consultative engagement.
- Address complex customer queries around trade finance products, structures, pricing, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer conversion and activation.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting trade finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, enterprise sales, or B2B financial services sales .
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals independently and manage long sales cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer requirements.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing structured sales pipelines
