This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist - Digital Transformation located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging potential clients through meaningful communication, and driving business growth. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall sales and revenue goals of the organization.

• Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and seize new business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and foster long-lasting relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance targets
• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital transformation, EHS, and/or ESG platforms is advantageous
