Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to handle end-to-end sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with pre-generated leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients to promote the agencys performance marketing services (e.g., Paid Ads and Digital Marketing).

  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and marketing goals, and effectively communicate how the agencys solutions can add value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on-boarding and satisfaction.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of leads, handle cold calls, and close deals.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and achieving targets.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Experience :

  • 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C, or B2B.
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or any field, with a keen interest in Sales
  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about digital marketing and sales.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Retention Marketing.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client interactions.

  • Ability to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-ups effectively.

  • A results-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability for performance.
