Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive, youll be responsible for driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads, communicating with prospective customers via phone/email/online channels, contributing to the sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. This role is primarily office-based and requires strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Source and identify prospective customers through inbound enquiries, cold calls, and digital research (LinkedIn, portals, CRM database).

Sales Outreach & Communication

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, messaging.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Manage and update leads, interactions, and sales pipeline using a CRM tool.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong phone pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
  • Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving skills.
