Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various online and offline resources to identify potential clients within the information security domain.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy, including cold-calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other innovative approaches.
3. Initiate contact with leads through personalized and compelling communication, effectively articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
4. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
5. Implement a lead nurturing process to maintain engagement with prospects, addressing their questions and concerns while progressively moving them through the sales funnel.
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader company objectives and campaigns.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to improve results.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to enhance lead generation efforts.
10. Generate regular reports outlining lead generation activities, progress, and results for management review.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within Engineering & Technology from a CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM, IOT, AR background
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of engineering concepts and industry terminology.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
8. Analytical mindset to assess and improve lead generation strategies.
9. Experience with marketing CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, ALM, IOT, Automation platforms and Services.
10. Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
