Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and interest in the productor service.
  • Utilize various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events to generate new leads.
  • Customize Emails to show relevance to the industry being targeted.
  • Fix technical meetings once the Lead is minimal BANT Qualified.

CRM Management:

  • Manage the Leads pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize leads and opportunities based on their potential value and likelihood of closing.
  • Maintaining Database on a regular basis.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, product, and customer support teams, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Share insights, feedback, and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills and Email writing skills
  • Able to keep himself / herself always motivated while doing cold-calling
  • B.Tech or M.Tech with relevant experience of 2-5 years
  • Experience working on any CRM tool
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize activities.
