Job Description

Senior Inside Sales Executives EdTech | Bangalore


This role is only for experienced EdTech sales professionals with a strong track record of performance.


Location

Bangalore Work From Office (Mandatory)

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

Sunday Fixed Weekly Off

Joining

Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period only


Role Overview

You will handle high-intent leads for career-focused EdTech programs and will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of conversions . This is a high-expectation, high-reward role meant for confident closers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound leads for EdTech upskilling programs
  • Understand learner needs and map them to the right programs
  • Consult, pitch, negotiate, and close enrollments
  • Drive consistent revenue and enrollments
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
  • Work closely with academics and operations teams
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned targets


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of EdTech inside sales experience , selling similar career/upskilling programs
  • Proven record of being a top performer in previous and/or current roles
  • Strong closing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory); regional language is a plus
  • Comfortable in a target-driven, high-accountability environment
  • Willing to work from office in Bangalore
  • Immediate joiner preferred
