Job Description
Job Overview:-
We are seeking a New Tender Executive GeM who is enthusiastic about building a career in
government e-procurement and IT sales. This role involves managing GeM portal activities,
supporting tender and bidding processes, and coordinating with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure timely and successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:-
Search, track, and analyze new business opportunities on GeM (Government e-
Marketplace) and other e-procurement portals.
Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and tenders in line with
prescribed guidelines.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for technical and commercial
documentation.
Upload product listings, manage catalogues, and maintain pricing on the GeM portal.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, approvals, submissions, and status updates.
Communicate with government clients for clarifications, order tracking, and post-order
support.
Support end-to-end sales processes, including order processing, invoicing, and
collections.
Learn and understand basic IT products, solutions, and services to support bidding and
sales activities effectively.
Ensure compliance with GeM and tender-related rules, timelines, and documentation
requirements
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn GeM & e-procurement processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong follow-up and documentation abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email)
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Salary range:- 15,000 to 50,000+ attrective veriable
Education: Any Graduate (BBA / BCA / B.Com / MBA preferred)
