Role Overview

Speedioo is looking for a driven and persuasiveTelesales Executiveto join our fast-growing team. This role is entirely focused onlead calling, pitching, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have a solid telesales background, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Note: This is a pure sales roleno customer service or support responsibilities.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided lead base.
  • Present and pitch Speedioos offerings in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to close the sale.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and sales updates in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to enhance conversions and reduce lead drop-off.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to boost performance.


Required Qualifications & Skills


  • Minimum1 year of telesales experience(Mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong objection-handling ability and confidence in closing deals.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to speakHindi & Kannada.
