Job Summary:
We are seeking aproactive Inside Sales Representative to manage customer renewals, prepare and share quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers. You will be thefirst point of contact for pricing and basic product queries, while closely coordinating with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution. The role requires accurate and consistentCRM updates, Strong communication skills, Excellentfollow-up discipline
Candidates with13 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer supportpreferably inB2B, SaaS, or technology environments will thrive in this role.
This position offershigh learning, global exposure, and close collaboration with senior leadership in a fast-growing, dynamic startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handlecustomer renewalsand ensure timely closure
- Prepare and sharecommercial quotationsand proposals
- Conductregular follow-up callswith customers and prospects
- Act as thefirst point of contactfor customer queries related to pricing, renewals, and basic product information
- Coordinate withsales, finance, and technical teamsfor smooth execution
- Track all interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems
- Ensure excellentcustomer experience and responsiveness
- Support the sales team withadministrative and coordination tasks
Who Were Looking For:
- 13 years of experience ininside sales, sales coordination or business support
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Comfortable speaking to customers overphone and email
- Smart, proactive, and quick learner
- Well-organized with goodfollow-up discipline
- Basic understanding ofsales cycles, renewals, and quotations
- Proficiency inMS Excel, Email, and CRM tools
- Exposure toB2B sales, SaaS, telecom, or technology companies would be a plus
