Inside Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY :

• Location : Sector 44 , Gurgaon
• Shift Timing: 10 Am-7 Pm, Rotational Off
• Working Day: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)
• Salary Budget: Fresher - 2.55 LPA - 3 LPA
• Experienced with more than 6 months of experience - 20-25% hike on your Last CTC or max 4LPA.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
• Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
