Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for an Inside Sales Representative at Padhle. Responsibilities include engaging with Students parents, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and engage potential clients
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide an excellent client experience
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in edtech sales or a related field is an advantage
