Role Overview:

This is a full-time Hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Madhu Infotech in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining effective communication, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
• Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Making the company's products and services as attractive as possible to potential customers.
• Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information.
• Working closely with other teams and developing new business.
