We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team and drive our next phase of expansion. Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within the geography specified through predominantly digital channels, references etc
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
  • Efectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to target customers.


Sales Process:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate discussions with internal teams for addressing inquiries and clarifications.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipeline.


Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Accurately track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in inside sales, experience in IT Products or IT Services in the Indian or GCC market is a must
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Knowledge of the market and business culture is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
