Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within the geography specified through predominantly digital channels, references etc
- Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Efectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to target customers.
Sales Process:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Address customer inquiries and objections promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate discussions with internal teams for addressing inquiries and clarifications.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipeline.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Accurately track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in inside sales, experience in IT Products or IT Services in the Indian or GCC market is a must
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
- Knowledge of the market and business culture is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
